Refund policy

No Refunds/Exchanges:

Do to the nature of our products being custom made we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@jasminemadeit.con with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
